Covid 19 | Home quarantine - working and family.
Keeping our work schedules and home management during the covid 19 during our staying at home experience. We want to discuss this theme and compare the different timelines: before, during and even prediction about after the coronavirus.
How to deal with staying at home and to create our time management while being at home? We will give some first impressions about working from home and talk about community and municipality assistance importance during this unpleasant time.
I would like to hear from you, how did you manage your time during home quarantine?

When I came back from the quick Chinese New Year Holiday, I had to get into home quarantine.
I used this opportunity and Started preparing student classes online. To be happy I used to cook some good food, watch television, do shopping online, read books, listen to music and relax.
We all need to be happy and keep the condition stable to help the immune system to be strong

In Israel, It took us a while but eventually we have created a daily schedule and routine for each one of us.
For example, combining learning and fun activities indoors and outdoors as allowed. We have a yard so it was our small escapism. Unfortunately, unlike my friend Miss Wu there was no time to read books because we were so busy with the kids…
07:00-08:00 am Breakfast with the kids
One parent is working while other parent is playing with the kids.
10:00-10:15 fruits break.
10:15-11:30 Keep playing.
11:30-13:00- lay the baby to sleep while the big brothers watching television.
13:00 -13:20 Lunch
13:20-14:00 reading books for the kids and practicing writing letters and using the pencil.
14:00-14:30 the baby is a awake, will eat lunch and play while the big brothers will play, the parent that worked is switching with the other one and will be with the kids.
14:30-16:00 everyone is playing.
16:00- going to the yard to play and free schedule until 18:30.
18:30 Dinner with both of the parents.
19:15 Shower and everyone is going to bed for a story and sleep
Our Profession
Please explain about working from home in China these days and how do you think it will affect the future?

As a university lecturer I started to give lectures online, working with students on their projects and graduations seminars. Instead of giving full lectures in the classroom my classed moved online and in the meantime as a specialist in customize tours I focused on local cooperation between Chinese Travel Business using the Chinese media.

As a tourist industry employed, a tour guide and a travel agent all my activities being reduced to almost none. I have started to work at home focusing on my online activity.
I do think that the advantage of working from home is that you are responsible to keep your job routine and capable to be independent. In the same time, you get to be at home when your children and family needs you. You don’t mind answering an important phone calls late at night or on your days off because you know this is your responsibility.
People who are serious about their careers and work place, don’t mind to combine it with their life, it can increase productivity in all aspects of life.
Most important, if a person who is working from home is not feeling well, he can stay at home. That way it will be better than to go sick to work and to spread his cold.
Developing a new skill set | Every Crisis bear a New Opportunity

During the Coronavirus outbreak I have been focused on making a local cooperation with other tourism experts. I have learned more about history, culture and designing new tourism routes. We exchange our knowledge and building new travel products which are suitable for epidemic period.
I think that I can adjust to working from home since I get more family time and it’s more convenient. However, working online cannot replace the traditional face-to-face “offline” method as humans need a real interaction with others.
Combing learning online with offline can increase overall performance in learning experience. Of course, some traditional jobs can't be done from home, but whenever you can combine it, do it!

I use this time to learn and develop new skills. For example, my video shooting and editing got a real boost since the Coronavirus started. In the meantime, I focused on my Agency “Neta-Explore” website and planning new routes for the upcoming future travelers.

When I am going outside, I am trying to avoid the crowded area. Due to the distance restrictions I have learned about new beautiful places in my home area. When it’s less crowded and I must get some fresh air, a walk in the wild nature and some snacks can boost my energy and make me happy.

Staying with three kids at home is challenging.
We teach them, play with them, cook with them make them busy.
There was a limitation to stay only in your home area. We have created fiscally and imagery beautiful quite paths without any person walking on it, and then the children had a stead to go wild and we could watch a bit nature.
We don’t have any community management to help. However, the city municipal administrative is
Helping and volunteers are cooperating to assist the citizens with their difficulties.
For example, during Passover, many old people got a holiday dinner delivery package that was made by volunteers.
Working from home using the Chinese media

Currently, the vast majority of people work online from home.
One method is to use the Internet for basic office work like File editing and transmission this is a very common basic office.
The second method is to use the Internet for conference communication. There are a lot of instant messaging and conference video software in China, which can carry out work communication and conference discussions anytime and anywhere. Such as QQ and WeChat, Tencent meetings and so on. Moreover, we have wifi at home and mobile data. The cost of 4G network is also quite cheap. I use 29 yuan per month and I can use the network traffic in unlimited amounts.
The third method is to use the Internet industry to cooperate with various industries to empower the online work. The epidemic affects many aspects of life, so many companies in the Internet industry collaborate with the government and enterprises to develop new online work platforms, tools, and ability to get a training online to help us work more efficiently at home.
For example, Taobao and Tencent live broadcast platforms have cooperated with the Hubei provincial government to help farmers and businesses in Hubei province sell agricultural products and other products through live broadcasts.
Another example, the 30 county mayors of Hubei province participated in Taobao ’s 14-hour webcast to jointly promote Hubei ’s specialty agricultural products and bring high-quality agricultural products such as Qianjiang crayfish, Yichang tangerine, Enshi selenium tea, and Suizhou shiitake mushroom to the market. Although many industries have been affected by the epidemic, many industries have also felt the advantages and disadvantages of working online. I think the way we work today online from home will affect the way we work in the future. I think this influence has three aspects.
Firstly, the advantages of working online will be more reflected in the future. People will also develop their ability to work online.
Secondly, the innovation of offline work will become more prominent in the future. Working online during this period will definitely make everyone more clearly aware of the advantages and disadvantages of working offline, so they will optimize and innovate offline work.
Thirdly, the combination of working online and offline methods will become the direction of future work. If the epidemic is over, we may also face other difficulties in the future. But the way of working during the epidemic period made us understand that is possible to shift to online working. Thus, the combination of online and offline will not merely enable us to act better in the hereafter, but also permit us to have better ability to withstand risks and troubles in our work.

We discussed about working from home and future influence at workplaces, as Miss Wu said, I agree that the ideal solution could be combining working from home with occasional meetings outside.
We agree that working from home has many advantages. For example, less traffic, which helps the environment and the economy.
More importantly there is a less pressure and more flexibility when working from home and in today situation we can protect ourselves better from the epidemic.
